Family medicine
Coughs, infections, aches and worries, for adults of every age.
Brio Parlor is a small practice for the whole household. Same-day appointments are held back every morning, planned visits are never rushed, and the same clinicians get to know you over the years.
Choosing the right kind of appointment means you get the right amount of time. If you are unsure, pick the closest match — our reception team will adjust it for you.
For a new problem that should not wait: a fever, a painful ear, a rash that is spreading, a sudden back strain.
A focused appointment on one concern. We examine, explain and agree a plan before you leave, with a follow-up booked if it is needed.
For a yearly review, a child's development check, contraception, or anything you would like to talk through calmly.
Booked a few days ahead so we can prepare your notes and any tests beforehand. Bring your questions — we leave room for them.
For asthma, diabetes, blood pressure, thyroid, mood or any condition you manage over months and years.
Regular reviews with the same clinician where possible, shared goals written down, and medication checked at every visit.
For repeat prescriptions, test results, school or work letters and referral updates.
Often handled without a visit at all. We reply by email or arrange a short call-back at a time that suits you.
Everyday medicine for every age, with referrals arranged and followed up when you need a specialist.
Coughs, infections, aches and worries, for adults of every age.
Baby checks, growth reviews and a calm room for younger patients.
Contraception, cervical screening, menopause and pregnancy planning.
Childhood schedules, seasonal flu and routine adult boosters.
Structured reviews for heart, lung, sugar and thyroid care.
Dressings, stitch removal, ear care and simple skin checks.
Advice and vaccines planned around your route and dates.
Blood pressure, bloods and a clear summary you can keep.

Registering takes one short appointment. Here is exactly what happens, so there are no surprises on the day.
Use the form below and choose “Planned visit”. Tell us who in the household is joining.
You receive a time, a short health questionnaire and directions for arriving.
Reception checks your details and answers any questions about how the clinic works.
A relaxed thirty minutes covering your history, current medicines and anything on your mind.
Straight answers to the things people most often check before they visit.
Yes. A share of every weekday's appointments is kept free until the morning. Request early and choose “Today, please”; if the list fills, we will offer the first planned slot or a call-back from a clinician.
We care for patients of every age, from newborn checks onwards. Wednesday afternoons are set aside for children, but young patients can be seen at any session.
Let reception know as soon as you can. We will always try to fit you in; if the delay is long, we may shorten the visit to your main concern or offer a new time the same week.
Of course. A partner, parent, carer or friend is welcome. You can also ask for a chaperone for any examination — just mention it when you arrive.
Send an admin request with the medicine names. Allow two working days. If a review is due, we will arrange a short check before issuing the next supply so nothing runs out unexpectedly.
Yes. The entrance, consulting rooms and patient toilet are all on one level. Tell us in your request if you would like extra time, a quieter waiting spot or an interpreter.
Only the clinicians and staff involved in your care. We never share your records with employers or insurers without your written consent, and you can ask to read your own notes at any time.
Do not use the request form. For chest pain, breathing difficulty, severe bleeding or signs of a stroke, call your local emergency number straight away or go to the nearest emergency department.
Tell us a little about what you need and when suits you. We reply within the same working day.
Not for emergencies. If you are seriously unwell, call your local emergency number now.
